Terms and conditions of the Graphic Collections Catalogue

  1. The electronic system known as the Graphic Collections Catalogue of the Main Library of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków includes bibliographic descriptions of items along with their digital reproductions, which are housed in the Poster Study and the Graphic Arts Study.
  2. The Graphic Collections Catalogue archives items from the collections of the Poster Cabinet and the Graphic Arts Cabinet at the Main Library of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków.
  3. In order to use the Graphic Collections Catalogue of the Main Library of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, it is necessary to have a device with access to the Internet and a web browser.

  5. Users accessing the computer network of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków will be able to access the metadata and digital reproductions of the object they are searching for.
  6. Those using other networks will only gain access to the metadata of the object sought.

Records marked Open Access are works whose copyright has expired (70 years have passed since the death of the author or the last co-author, the date of distribution or the date the work was established) or are not works as defined by the Copyright Act. Digital reproductions of objects can be freely copied and distributed in any medium and format and can be adapted - altered and new works can be created from them for any purpose. The records that will be made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Poland licence are copyrighted works in which ASP holds full economic copyright and makes them available under the CC-BY 3.0 PL licence or has obtained the relevant rights to make them available under this licence. Digital reproductions of objects can be downloaded from the Graphic Collections Catalogue website and can be freely copied and distributed in any medium and format, and adapted - altered and new works can be created from them for any purpose.
