If you have any problems accessing the website, please contact dostepnosc@asp.krakow.pl . Requests for both inaccessible information and requests to ensure accessibility can be submitted through the same channel. Everyone has the right to request that the digital accessibility of a website or some element thereof be ensured. Additionally, it is feasible to request that the information is provided through alternative means of access, such as reading aloud a digitally inaccessible document or describing the content of a film lacking audio descriptions, and such a request should include the requester's contact information, specify the website or mobile application in question, and provide contact details. If the requesting person indicates a need to receive the information by means of an alternative means of access, he or she should also specify a convenient way of presenting the information. The public entity should comply with the request without delay and no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to comply with this time limit, the public body shall inform the requester without delay when it will be possible to comply with the request, which time limit shall not be more than 2 months from the date of the request. If it is not possible to ensure digital accessibility, the public body may propose an alternative means of accessing the information. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, an application may also be made to the Commissioner for Human Rights.

Architectural accessibility of the building at ul. Smoleńsk 9 in Kraków
The building has three entrances from ul. Smoleńsk. The two side entrances have stairs without wheelchair ramps, while the main entrance is designed for individuals with disabilities, providing ground floor access. There are no voice navigation system speakers above the entrances, and the entrances are not gated. Unfortunately, there is no elevator or step platform in the building, making it inaccessible for people with mobility impairments. Accessible toilets and designated parking spaces for the disabled are also unavailable in front of the building. However, individuals with assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed to enter the building and all its premises. Regrettably, there are no Braille, alphabet signage, or signage with contrast or enlarged print to assist blind and partially sighted individuals within the building. On-site sign interpreters are not available, but you can request this service if it is required.
